RANDIE SHANE, CEO / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Greater Dania Beach Chamber of Commerce
A resident of Hollywood, Randie Shane has been involved in the local business community for many years. She has served on various committees for area non-profits including the Reach for the Stars Foundation benefiting cystic fibrosis, and the Starlight Children Foundation for seriously and terminally ill children. She is also a past Director of the Miami Lakes Chamber, and past Membership Director of the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. She is active in many area chambers and networking organizations. By working closely with Dania Beach Chamber members, Randie is committed to providing benefits to the business community and enhancing economic development in the area.

PAT CHUKERMAN, PRESIDENT / CHAIR Savvy Solutions
Pat Chukerman has lived in Dania Beach for 10 years. She serves as the Chair of the Green Advisory Board for the City of Dania Beach and is President of the Hollywood Florida Scholarship Foundation. Pat moved to Hollywood in 1962, attended Olson Middle School and South Broward High School. From there she went to the University of Florida, but left in her senior year to work as a flight attendant for TWA and was based in Chicago. After traveling around the world, she ended her employment with TWA and went to the University of Illinois where she received her BA in education. Pat is passionate about being involved in the City where she lives. She works for Savvy Solutions, a Promotional Product and Branding Solution Company as VP of Sales. Pat has two sons and two grandchildren.

BOBBIE H. GRACE Vice-President Dania Economic and Development Corporation
Bobbie H Grace is originally from Donalsonville GA. She attended Attucks Middle School and graduated from Attucks High School in 1963. She's been married to James Grace for over 48 years and has two daughters Denise George and the late Cheryl Grace. Bobbie also has 3 grandsons and three great grandchildren. She has been a member of the First Bethel Missionary Baptist Church for 41 years. She has served in multiple organizations within the Dania Beach community including the Dania Economic Development Corporation board, Broward Planning Council, Northwest Bird Civic Association, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Committee in Dania Beach, and the Dania Beach Men’s and Women's Club. Bobbie has served as Mayor, Vice mayor and commissioner in Dania Beach. Her motto is ”On Christ the Solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand”.

JONATHAN LORBER, SECRETARY Keyes
Jonathan Lorber was born and raised in Long Island, NY. With More than 28 years of sales and marketing experience, Jonathan is currently a Realtor for The Keyes Company, specializing in residential real estate in Hallandale, Hollywood and Dania Beach. He has lived in the Hollywood Lakes area for over 18 years, and is very active in the day to day events of our area.

ROBERT NOLAN, TREASURER Wall to Wall Promotions
Robert Nolan moved to Florida at the age of 3 and has lived in the Hollywood/Dania area for most of his life. Sixteen years ago, Robert founded Wall 2 Wall Promotions with his partner, Scott. His passion for marketing and branding led him to achieve a MAS certification within the promotional product industry. He is a member of Hollywood Kiwanis, Hollywood Lions Club, Hollywood Committee of 100, as well as an active member of his homeowner’s association.

THERESA GARCIA, CHAIR EMERTIUS Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital
Theresa Garcia is Immediate Past Chair of the Greater Dania Beach Chamber of Commerce. She has been an active member of the Chamber since 2006 and joined the Board in 2008. Theresa does Business Development for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and is an active member of the Safe Kids Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Miracle League, a graduate of Leadership Hollywood XXIX and the Memorial Healthcare System Healthcare Leadership Certificate Program. Theresa resides in Hollywood with her husband, Robert and their three sons.

JOCELYN FENANDEZ Memorial Healthcare System
Jocelyn Fernandez is an experienced business development and provider relations professional in the healthcare field. She is currently an Administrative Director of Provider Relations for Memorial Health Network and Broward Guardian. She was previously the Director of Business Development and Physician Relations for Memorial Urgent Care Centers and Memorial Primary Care. Prior to joining Memorial Healthcare System in 2017, she worked for multiple Tenet South Florida hospitals as part of their business development and physician relations teams. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, where she began as a Social Worker in 1997.
Jocelyn enjoys building relationships and networking with others. She is a native Floridian, lives in Broward County with her husband and two children. Of Cuban decent, she is fluent in Spanish, which has been very useful living and working in South Florida. In her spare time, she volunteers as a PTA Board member at her daughter’s school and has recently joined the Board of the Greater Dania Beach Chamber of Commerce.

CHERYL LUMPKIN
Cheryl Lumpkin was born in London and raised in New York. She is passionate about marketing and she is certified in Digital Marketing and Social Media. Cheryl is a Hollywood resident and was the circulation marketing programs manager at the Sun Sentinel.

MICHELE SINGER- Owner Tasteful Thoughts & Popcorn Zone
Michele Singer worked in TV for 30 years, all behind the camera. She has worked for WCIX, WTVJ, WSVN, NBC6, and has also worked with the Marlins, Panthers, HEAT, Soccer, Dolphins and more. During one of her first jobs in TV, she was looking for a gift for a co-worker and saw a sign that said Chocolate Making Classes. Michele went to the class, and from then on, chocolate making became a hobby and sweet gifts for everyone in her life. In 2015 Michele quit NBC6 and decided to open a chocolate store. Tasteful Thoughts is Kosher Certified and opened on March 25, 2018 in Cooper City (corner of Pine Island and Griffin Road) and she then bought Popcorn Zone in October of 2021. Tasteful Thoughts sells baskets, trays, gifts, sweets for all occasions, and they also do edible logos on chocolates. Michele is very active in the community and with many nonprofits.
