RESORT DAY PASS: 10-5p: $ 25 add-on for a relaxing day by acquiring a Resort Day pass. Lounge by the pool, workout in the gym & shop Dania Pointe ( see add-on section) Includes access to the hotel pool deck w/ first-come lounge chairs & gym access from 10am - 5pm, all day access to lounges, terraces at AC / Marriott towers & WiFi.

1) EVENT is a 100% refund (including EB fees ) if CANCELED. If the event is canceled due to a tropical/hurricane - or any issue at the event location only.

2 ) General Refunds (24 hours BEFORE event) 100% refundable ticket (minus EB fees)

If you can not attend, you do not have to wait, this is a self-process system. Go to your ticket settings and self-process 24+ hours before the event. Less than 24 hours there is no refund or credit due to any personal reasons that prevent you from attending which includes weather, traffic, health, or anything else that is happening outside of the event location.

We will email all prepaid ticket holders reminders with ticket links and all event details to ensure you have all information and any important information if there is any onsite issues or changes. Make sure to note the email used to purchase tickets and check your email before heading to the event.
